Some users are unable to receive incoming calls through Zoom Phone.
This issue is affecting Zoom users around the world (not just here at the University of York).
Zoom are investigating:
Zoom Status - A subset of users are unable to receive incoming calls from the call queue.
We've implemented a workaround and incoming calls to University of York numbers are now working.
Zoom are still investigating their issue, but York users should now be able to receive calls. If you're still having any issues, please let us know.
Zoom have updated their status page:
"We have resolved the issue causing a subset of users being unable to receive incoming calls from the call queue. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as we have them."
